Description

Develop digital solutions that drive organisational success.

Join the team as a Junior Developer and support the efficiency and effectiveness of the organisation through the delivery of high-quality digital solutions. Working collaboratively with experienced colleagues, you’ll develop your skills in automation and data visualisation tools.

In this learning-focused role, you’ll grow your technical capability and build an understanding of how technology can solve real‑time business problems and improve ways of working across the organisation.

You’ll be

  • Supporting the development, testing and maintenance of digital solutions.
  • Helping create and improve dashboards, reports and simple applications using Power BI and similar tools.
  • Learning on the job to meet key development milestones and measurable objectives for progression.

You must have

  • A deep interest in technology and problem solving.
  • General IT skills including use of Microsoft Office.
  • Sound communication and collaboration skills.
