Contract Type: 2 Year Secondment

Salary: £30,455 per annum to £36,257 per annum (London weighted salary) or £26,296 per annum to £31,667 per annum (Regional salary), dependant on experience

Grade: 5

Reporting Office: London, Stratford or Manchester, Trafford

Persona: Agile - 20% - 40% of contractual hours to be worked from reporting office/workinglocation (hybrid working)

As a Junior HR Analyst, you’ll build and maintain reports, dashboards, and data tools that support HR and the wider business. You’ll help us understand what’s working, where we can improve, and how we can support our people better.

We’re growing our data capability and need someone who’s curious, detail-focused, and ready to learn. Your insights will help us meet our goals and make sure our HR services are efficient, effective, and people-centred.

You’ll report to the HR Systems & MI Manager and work closely with teams across HR, including Payroll, Recruitment, and Business Partners.

Your impact in the role:

Main duties:

  • Maintain and assist with creation of HR reports and dashboards.
  • Produce regular and ad hoc management information.
  • Support the development of HR systems and reporting tools.
  • Help promote self-service reporting and data confidence across HR.

  • HR Systems & MI Manager
  • HR Business Partners
  • Payroll and Recruitment teams
  • Wider business stakeholders

What you'll bring:

  • Demonstratable experience in HR or Recruitment with a firm understanding of the employee lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Familiarity with HR systems or business intelligence tools.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
