As a Legal Assistant, you’ll be responsible for preparing accurate and timely documentation including minutes, reports, letters, spreadsheets and digital records. You will arrange meetings and appointments, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared and venues are organised. You will also support the coordination of legal cases and projects, helping the team deliver on its objectives efficiently and effectively.

You’ll need to be in the office for a minimum of 2 days per week.

Your role covers developing and maintaining robust information management systems, managing incoming enquiries, and ensuring that all records—from casework to staff development—are stored and retrieved securely and confidentially. You will assist in keeping electronic files up to date, sort and prioritise post, and contribute to specific projects within Governance and Risk as needed.

If you’re ready to bring your skills and enthusiasm to a team that values professionalism, collaboration and continuous improvement, we want to hear from you.
