    About Leon Leisure Centre
    Leon Leisure Centre is onsite Lift Sir Herbert Leon, a secondary school that was named 'Secondary School of the Year' at the Milton Keynes Education Awards 2025. We have top-tier fitness activities and sports facilities, including a 25m swimming pool, multi-purpose sports hall, 3G Astro-turf, and grass pitches. Everything you need to stay active, fit, and healthy!

    About the Role
    As a Duty Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our leisure centre, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and high-quality experience for all users. You will lead and support leisure centre staff to deliver exceptional customer service. You will ensure compliance with all Health & Safety legislation and leisure industry standards and promote and support a diverse programme of sports and leisure activities. You will act as a keyholder, providing building security and emergency call-out support and handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally and proactively.

    What We're Looking For
    A confident, reliable leader ideally with experience in a leisure or customer service environment. A team player who is flexible, resilient, and solutions-focused.Someone with a passion for community engagement and a commitment to health and wellbeing. Ideally you will be a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification holder with strong knowledge of poolside safety and operations. (Those with relevant experience in leisure, but currently not qualified may be considered if willing to qualify for the qualification)
