Roles Available - 2

We are looking for 2x full-time Leisure Swim Apprentices to work at Runnymede and Waterside Leisure Centres to support the Swim Academy both in the back office and swimming pool environment.

This entry level position is designed to provide comprehensive on-the-job training and work experience alongside a formal qualification to become a qualified swimming teacher and often, a broader leisure team member, ideal for those who are passionate about swimming, fitness and helping others develop essential life skills.

  • Good customer service skills
  • Willingness to learn new skills

Experience:

  • Must be able to swim 25m front and back and dive down to a 2m depth
  • Genuine passion for swimming, sport, exercise and fitness

Qualifications:

  • GCSE’s desirable
