Contract Type: Permanent contracts and fixed term contracts 12 months, Full time, 35 hours per week
Salary: £42,150 per annum to £46,000 per annum (London weighted salary) or £37,580 per annum to £41,200 per annum (Regional salary), dependant on experience
Grade 8
Reporting Office: London, Stratford or Manchester,
Persona: Agile Worker: 20% - 40% of contractual hours to be worked from reporting office/working location (hybrid working)

Join our Healthy Homes Team at L&Q:
This is a great opportunity to join the Healthy Homes team in a Team Leader role. The role reports into the Maintenance Operations Manager and will oversee the Maintenance Coordinators supporting the delivery of Awaab’s Law, Damp & Mould, Surveying and the Delivery team.
This is an exciting time as we implement new processes and ways of working to provide our customers with an excellent service, so experience of working within maintenance and knowledge of processes are essential to be successful within this role.
Your impact in the role:
You will lead and manage the team's daily activities, to deliver the highest levels of quality standards whilst having regard for resident satisfaction and a ‘right first time’ service. Engaging with the team to ensure positive mindset and determination to find customer-based solutions.
Directing a team to meet objectives and key performance indicators, monitoring accuracy of work orders and cases generated and reviewing assignment and delivery of repairs. You will need to be able to demonstrate proven leadership skills in a similar environment.
You will have advanced administrative and IT skills, and knowledge of L&Q bespoke systems. You will have a financial awareness.
Candidates will be able to adapt to an ever-changing environment being able to prioritise tasks and jobs to achieve end results that benefit the organisation and the resident.

What you'll bring:
- Experience and knowledge within Maintenance Service Delivery role
- The ability to lead and motivate a high performing team
- Strong prioritisation and organisational skills
- Ability to review and implement processes for service improvement
- Effective time management for both yourself and the team
- Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal
- Knowledge of maintenance systems, strong IT skills and Microsoft packages
- Experience of managing others
- Demonstrable experience of delivering high quality property/building maintenance services

Salary range
- £37,580 - £46,000 per year
