The MI Analyst role sits at the heart of the organisation, designing dashboards, strengthening data quality and providing clear, actionable insight that supports managers and senior leaders to make evidence‑based decisions.

We need this role to ensure our performance information is consistent, trusted and genuinely used and enabling stronger assurance, earlier intervention and continuous service improvement.

The role reports to the Customer Experience Manager in the Customer Experience Team.

Your impact in the role:

  • The MI Analyst is responsible for designing, delivering and maintaining high‑quality management information, including performance reports, dashboards and analytical insight that support effective decision‑making across the department.
  • The role works closely with service managers, senior leaders, performance colleagues and system owners to ensure data is accurate, consistently defined and clearly understood.
  • The MI Analyst helps teams quickly see what’s working and what isn’t, prioritise key issues, and take timely action, ensuring performance stays on track and departmental goals are achieved through clear, evidence‑based insight.

What you'll bring:

  • Strong analytical and insight capability – The ideal candidate will bring advanced analytical skills, enabling them to interpret complex datasets, identify trends, risks and root causes, and translate these into clear, actionable performance insight that supports decision‑making and service improvement.
  • High‑quality, impactful MI delivery – They will have proven experience producing performance reports, dashboards and management information for both operational managers and senior leaders, presenting data clearly through written commentary, visualisations and presentations that drive understanding and action.
  • Confident influencer and performance improver – The ideal candidate will work effectively with stakeholders, confidently challenging and supporting teams to use performance data, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions that enhance performance and help achieve departmental targets and goals.
