Market Place Repair Administrator

We’re looking for a Market Place Repair Administrator to provide essential support to our Market Place Team. This team plays a vital role in managing repairs efficiently and ensuring our customers receive timely, high-quality service.

You’ll help us stay on top of incoming repairs, monitor inboxes, and make sure all queries are responded to within 24 hours. Your work will ensure we meet service level agreements and deliver a seamless experience for residents and contractors alike.

You’ll be joining our Operations Directorate, working within Repairs Operations, a key priority for our organisation. This team is central to delivering safe, well-maintained homes and ensuring residents receive a responsive, high-quality service.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide administrative support for day-to-day repairs across multiple regions.
  • Monitor and manage inboxes, ensuring timely responses to all queries.
  • Liaise with contractors and internal teams to keep repairs on track.
  • Maintain accurate records and systems to support smooth operations.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, solving problems with skill and compassion.

What We’re Looking For

  • Customer Service Experience, proven ability to deliver excellent customer care and manage queries professionally.
  • Administrative and IT Skills, strong administrative background with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using databases or repair management systems.
  • Communication Skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills for liaising with customers, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Time Management and Organisation, demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Problem-Solving and Collaboration, ability to resolve issues proactively and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
