The role:
- As a Markets Licencing Processing & Admin officer you will assist with processing and administration of markets rights licencing, whilst supporting the markets service overall with administrative, ordering and financial support arrangements. Including the administration and maintenance of effective information systems and databases
- The role of Markets Licencing Processing & Admin Officer is to assist with the processing; administration and any supportive tasks associated with Market Rights Licences
- To provide general administrative support to the markets management team in your role as Markets Licencing Processing and Admin Officer
- Support with any updates to the trader database actioning any new applications/registrations when required ensuring they are dealt with in line with GDPR guidelines
- In the role of Markets Licencing Processing & Admin Officer you will be expected to maintain consumable supplies and records for the markets and ensure they are ordered and processed on time, along with processing any other general orders and the issuing of PO’s when required by the market service from start to finish
- The Markets Licensing Admin Officer will support with the reconciliation of any payment records and that trading records are up to date, informing the management team of any concerns along with the production of management of any reports when required and will provide excellent customer service to all users of the market service and ensuring any queries are dealt with in a professional and effective manner

Salary range
- £25,583 - £27,254 per year
