We’re seeking a compassionate and proactive Mental Health Service Lead to join our Occupational Health & Wellbeing service, providing early intervention and support for employees experiencing mental health or work‑related wellbeing challenges
You’ll play a vital role in providing early intervention, brief psychological support, and trauma‑informed care within a compassionate, multi‑disciplinary team.
