Description

Leicestershire Police is looking for a MOSOVO Volunteer to join the MOSOVO Team (Management of Sexual Offenders and Violent Offenders) at Mansfield House.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a MOSOVO volunteer you’ll assist in the management of registered sex offenders.

Your tasks may include:

• Assisting in reviewing crime reports
• Viewing CCTV footage.
• Assisting with the cleansing of data.
• Updating databases including NICHE
• Supporting officer visits to registered Sex offenders

What You’ll Need:

• Be aged 18 or over.
• The ability to work on your own and as part of a team and use your own initiative.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Good computer skills e.g. Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Good organisational skills.

What training and support you will receive:

You will be joining an established team of experienced and supportive volunteers. We have a Lead Volunteer for the team and part of their role is to support other volunteers, they will be able to assist you with any problems or questions you may have throughout your time as a Police Support Volunteer with Leicestershire Police.
