As a 111 Non-Clinical Performance Manager you will:
- Lead and support a team of call handlers, helping them deliver safe, effective care every day.
- Use real-time data and insight to monitor performance and take action to keep the service running smoothly.
- Coach and develop colleagues, building confidence, capability and a strong team culture.
- Work closely with shift leads and wider teams to manage demand and maintain high-quality standards.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance performance and patient experience.
- Play a key role in embedding DHU’s values, creating a supportive, inclusive and high-performing environment.
