Description

Use your administrative skills to support our Occupational Health and Wellbeing team!

As Occupational Health and Wellbeing Administrator you will provide a customer-focused service to deal with enquiries efficiently and support our OH and Wellbeing team to ensure the smooth running of clinics.

We have a full time permanent position and a part time 6 month position working 22.5 hours per week (Wednesday - Friday) available.

This is a great opportunity to take the first step in an amazing career with Derbyshire Constabulary; gaining administrative experience in a policing environment, and building on your existing skills.

What you’ll be doing

  • Dealing with visitors to the Occupational Health and Wellbeing department with sensitivity, compassion and discretion
  • Accurately processing medical reports and record information on systems
  • Arranging appointments and greeting appointees

The must haves

A full list of the criteria for this role can be found on the job description and include:

  • Educated to NVQ Level 1 or above and/ or equivalent experience
  • Experience of working in a highly confidential environment
  • Experience of communicating with a wide range of people, including the general public, both verbally and in writing

For part time hours the salary will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, this is based on the number of hours for the vacancy.
