Occupational Therapist – Havering Access Team Grade 7/8 £42,324, - £51,522 pa

The post holder would need to be a qualified occupational therapist and registered with Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) They would need to have a broad knowledge of occupational therapy practice and legislations as well as work alongside and support various professionals to identify appropriate solutions to enable independent living, providing clinical supervision within the team and lower grades where appropriate, utilising specialist knowledge for appropriate interventions, needs and risk assessments, care planning and safeguarding in line with Havering Safeguarding Adults policy and procedures and relevant legislation.
The post holder would will use a range of skills such as strengths based and multi-agency interventions to bring about positive change through developing effective relationships and to secure the best outcomes and interventions for service users and carers.
