    Our busy Environmental Services depot is now looking for a confident and organised Operational Support Officer to join the team.

    About you

    The successful candidate will:

    • Be an efficient and effective administrator and will have experience in:
    • Maintain accurate and up to date records through the use of I.T systems.
    • Answer telephone and email queries in a timely, professional and calm manner.
    • Raise purchase orders
    • Deal with financial queries relating to purchases.
    • Maintain stock management of equipment
    • Perform general administrative duties – filing, photocopying and scanning.

    You will be able to demonstrate evidence of:

    • Previous experience of providing administrative support to a busy team.
    • Experience of dealing with members of the public in a professional capacity.
    • Strong telephone and email customer service experience
    • Experience in financial administration
    • Strong experience of using IT, including MS Office applications (in particular Microsoft Excel)
