• Can build positive relationships with children, families, colleagues and external agencies.
• Has a creative and flexible approach to teaching and learning.
• Can inspire, motivate and challenge pupils to reach their full potential.
• Is committed to working collaboratively as part of a dedicated and supportive staff team.
• Is willing to contribute fully to the wider life of the school.
• Has curriculum strengths and/or subject leadership experience that they would be keen to develop further.
We can offer:
• Wonderful children who are enthusiastic, respectful and eager to learn.
• A genuinely inclusive school community where every child is valued.
• The opportunity to teach and work alongside pupils with a diverse range of strengths, needs and abilities.
• A supportive and experienced leadership team committed to staff wellbeing and professional development.
• A talented, hardworking and friendly staff team with a strong sense of teamwork.
• Active and supportive governors.
• Opportunities to develop leadership skills and curriculum expertise.
• Strong partnerships with parents, carers and the wider community.
