
PA to Director for Enterprise
The Role
We’re looking for a Personal Assistant to support the Director of Enterprise with a wider range of administrative and organisational responsibilities. You’ll manage a busy diary, arrange meetings, coordinate correspondence and help ensure priorities are progressed efficiently. Working with colleagues across the council, elected Members and external partners, you’ll provide professional support that helps keep services running effectively.
The Experience you will bring
- Experience providing high-quality administrative support or personal assistant support within a busy working environment.
- Experience in managing complex diaries, arranging meetings and coordinating competing priorities.
- Experience in liaising with a wide range of stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload while meeting deadlines.
- The ability to work with discretion and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Good attention to detail and confidence in using Microsoft Office applications.
- A flexible and positive approach with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

We are changing

If you are employed by NHC on 1 April 2028, it is expected that the majority of roles will transfer to the newly-created unitary councils on existing terms and conditions under TUPE (Transfer of Undertakings – Protection of Employment) principles.

Salary range
