The trust is very popular and for most posts a large number of applications are received - it is therefore not possible to notify all applicants of the outcome. Please accept that if you have not heard within two weeks of the closing date then, unfortunately, your application has been unsuccessful - in which case we offer our best wishes for the future.

Required from September 2025, we are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and organised Pastoral Administration officer.

Ranelagh is an 11-18 coeducational, Anglican Academy (converter) which is oversubscribed and has an excellent reputation for academic achievement and positive school ethos. The school has had five ‘outstanding’ OFSTED reports but we are not complacent.

This role would suit an individual who is committed to championing positive outcomes for all young people. The person appointed will have very good interpersonal skills, a high level of literacy, and excellent ICT skills.

Salary range: (BGI 6-9) £11,997.20 - £12,565.34 per annum (actual salary range) including London weighting.

Hours: 20 hours per week, plus 3 Inset days.

The successful applicant will be enthusiastic, confident and well-organised and share the school’s commitment to helping all students achieve their potential. They will also need to have had some experience of working with young people, preferably in education.

This school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff to share this commitment. All staff employed in the school must be aware that an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check will be undertaken.
