We’re recruiting a Pay and Reward Lead on a fixed term basis to cover a until 30 April 2026 or earlier if the secondee’s position ends sooner.

This is a great opportunity as part of the pay and reward team to get involved in a range of activities including:

  • Supporting the delivery of the Council’s pay and reward strategies
  • Developing and implementing policies and terms and conditions of employment
  • Workforce analysis and working with stakeholders to deliver insights and statutory reporting
  • Delivery of employee benefits and recognition
  • Supporting job evaluation system
