About the Role — People & OD Business Partner (0.8 FTE | 29.6 hours/week)

As a People & OD Business Partner, you’ll be a trusted advisor and strategic partner embedded with senior leadership teams. You’ll lead on workforce planning, organisational change, and employee relations, shaping people strategies for around 1,000 employees. Salary range

  • £46,598 - £50,214 per year
