As People Partner for Housing, Wellbeing and Communities, you’ll be a trusted adviser and catalyst for positive change, working with senior management to shape culture, drive high performance and create workplaces where people genuinely thrive. This is a hands‑on, influential role where you will tackle complex people challenges head‑on, design creative solutions, and champion inclusive, respectful working practices that align with our values.
