
People Partner – Transformation
Job summary
The role will assist in developing and implementing people processes that underpin organisational redesign, ensuring fairness, transparency and a positive colleague experience throughout change.
The post holder will also work flexibly to support wider People initiatives where priorities require, contributing to the broader success of the People function.

Key Accountabilities
- Work with the Senior People Partner Transformation to design and coordinate HR processes for the change programme.
- Develop and maintain documentation and communication for job design, selection and appointment processes.
- Coordinate equality impact assessments and ensure all actions support the Commission’s commitments to inclusion and fairness.
- Support managers and HR colleagues in applying change frameworks and people policies.
- Collate and analyse workforce data to support decision-making and programme tracking.
- Liaise with HR operations and business partners to ensure alignment between transformation activity and day-to-day HR processes.
- Provide advice and guidance to staff and managers on change-related matters.
- Contribute to communication and engagement plans to keep colleagues informed and supported.
- Support a range of People-related activities linked to the change programme and wider People projects, including learning and development, workforce planning, inclusion and wellbeing initiatives, as required.
- Help capture lessons learned to strengthen future organisational development capability.
