Job Description

Job Title: People Services Administrative Assistant
Salary: £26,556 – £28,764 per annum (pro rata if part-time)
Grade: B
Contract Type: Fixed Term 12 Months
Working Hours: 37 hours per week

About the department

This position sits within the People Services Operations Team and provides essential administrative support during the transition to improved employee and manager self-service functionality in Oracle.
Until these system enhancements are implemented, the postholder will support Learning & Development (L&D) and broader People Services administrative activities, including responding to Helpdesk queries and maintaining accurate records.

About the Role

As a People Services Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Support administrative duties for Learning and Development including, but not limited to, creating courses on Oracle, updating attendance registers and booking rooms.
  • Responding to HR Helpdesk queries relating to policy, processes and oracle system support

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Accurate Data Input experience
  • At least 12 months' administrative experience
  • Customer Service Skills
  • Microsoft Office including SharePoint
  • Experience of working in an office environment

Essential qualifications: 5 GCSEs grade 4 and above (A-C) including Maths and English

DBS Check: Not Required for this post.
