Description

Shape Criminal Justice through strategic insight and performance-driven change.

Join us as a Performance and Development Manager and drive national Criminal Justice change through strategic coordination and collaboration. You'll lead key business functions such as risk, continuity, and environmental scanning and work closely with internal teams and partner forces to integrate CJ into the wider performance design.

You’ll be

  • Optimising partnership work and supporting key relationships.
  • Lead planning and compliance for continuity, performance, Health & Safety and training.
  • Anticipating areas that will require development and focus.

You must

  • Hold a Level 5 Management Diploma and be degree educated or have equivalent work experience.
  • Have a record overseeing performance schemes in a complex environment.
  • Be an effective collaborative worker and have influencing skills.
