The postholder will be confident using Excel, Word and a range of corporate systems, and will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure data is shared securely, accurately and in line with governance requirements.
Strong communication skills are essential to explain information requests clearly and support effective collaboration.
The role is delivered in a hybrid and agile way, with flexibility and travel across the borough required.

This is a fixed term job opportunity for up to 12 months to cover maternity leave.
The Performance and Support Officer role provides a high‑quality performance and administrative service that supports Children's Services. The role involves collating, analysing and reporting on performance information. To also undertake a range of administrative activities across the services including organising and coordinating meetings, minute taking and the distribution of documents as well as financial monitoring and processes on behalf of the service through use of the authority's financial administrative information systems and databases.
This fixed term role offers an excellent professional development opportunity. It allows the candidate to broaden their experience, acquire new skills and build a strong foundation for future career advancement.
