About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant join the Chief Executive’s Office and support our Executive Leadership Team.

In this role, you will provide high quality administrative and briefing support (including diary and inbox management) to Executive Director and support them in the delivery of their work on behalf of the wider Combined Authority.

We are looking for someone who is highly organised and can use their initiative.

You will be able to build effective relationships with key colleagues and partners and manage competing priorities and demands.

You will take initiative in resolving issues while handling confidential information with discretion.

1) Experience of working with senior leaders providing high quality administrative and briefing support.
