Our Vacancy

We are looking for an organised and professional Business Support Administrator to provide high-quality administrative and executive support to our Managing Director and wider corporate business. This is a varied and fast-paced role where you'll play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of the Managing Director's office, managing diaries, coordinating meetings and events, and acting as a key point of contact for colleagues, Board Members, stakeholders and external partners. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to important business activities, supporting senior leadership and helping to deliver effective services across the organisation.


What you'll do

You'll provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Managing Director, ensuring their office operates efficiently and effectively. This will include managing complex diary commitments, arranging meetings, travel and conferences, preparing agendas, taking minutes and producing professional reports and presentations. You'll act as an ambassador for the Managing Director, handling correspondence, stakeholder enquiries, complaints and MP constituent responses with professionalism and discretion. You'll also organise corporate events, coordinate staff briefings, maintain filing systems, process invoices, monitor budgets and undertake research as required, ensuring high standards are maintained across all areas of support.


What You'll Need

You'll be a highly organised administrator with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining a professional and confidential approach. Experience of diary management, minute-taking, event coordination and producing high-quality documents is essential, along with strong IT skills across Microsoft Office packages. You'll be confident liaising with a wide range of stakeholders, drafting correspondence, managing competing deadlines and working proactively to anticipate the needs of senior leaders. A keen eye for detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently will be key to your success in this role.
