Planning and Building Control Registration Officer - Maternity Cover

To us the administrative function is a vital part of the Planning and Building Control process. We are looking for an outstanding individual to be part of our Registration Team on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave. This is a demanding yet varied and rewarding role. You will be responsive to customers&© needs whilst making best use of the resources available to deliver cost efficient services.

To be successful in this role you must have a high level of accuracy and technical expertise including confidence because there is a requirement to update templates, produce MS Access reports and assist with streaming live Inquiries/Hearings, amongst other things. You will also have a confident methodical and organised approach to your workload, be calm under pressure with the ability to work to strict deadlines.
