Waterside Academy joined the People’s Learning Trust in December 2024. As a school we aim to engender a sense of community and belonging. Offering new opportunities to learners who may have experienced previous difficulties, by responding in ways which take account of their varied life experiences and needs.
The Role
Due to the retirement of our current Premises Manager, we are looking for someone who can take over this role. We are looking for someone who will be committed to providing a safe, secure, tidy and well-maintained environment for our children and staff. This person will be responsible for managing the premises of the school, working closely with the School Business Manager.
Due to the nature of work the above post is exempt from the provisions of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and relevant care/safeguarding legislation and appointment will only be confirmed if a satisfactory Enhanced Disclosure is obtained from the Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS)

Salary range
- £27,711 - £31,067 per year
