Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Primary School, is a single form entry school within Seaforth Village. The Governors wish to appoint an enthusiastic, conscientious and self -motivated person who would provide security, caretaking and general maintenance of our school site, to ensure a welcoming and safe environment for the whole school community.

The successful candidate will:

be responsible for the day to day operational management, safety, cleanliness and security of the school, responsible for locking and unlocking the school
carry out and record checks and help to maintain Health and Safety records
support the maintenance of property and grounds including liaising with contractors
monitor site stock and ordering supplies
have experience of and ability to carry out minor repairs, general maintenance and decorating competently
be willing to attend Health and Safety courses
be willing to attend to exceptional cleaning duties
be a team player and can be flexible in their approach to work with good interpersonal skills and communication skills
