About the Role
As Digital Programme support officer you will report directly to the Digital and IT Programme and Portfolio Manager to successfully project manage the delivery of complex IT and Digital projects from inception through to delivery.
You will provide day to day support to ensure the smooth operation of governance processes across a variety of programmes and projects.
You will work closely with internal teams and third parties to ensure all project deliverables are aligned to meet the needs of our customers on time and within budget.
About the person
The role requires a candidate with a track record of success in an administrative role including budget management and reporting. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, have excellent communication skills and be able to build and maintain strong relationships.
This role will also require an individual who is flexible to manage a heavy workload whilst maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

- Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally with previous programme/project support experience.
- Ability to take notes, follow up actions, book rooms and manage diary commitments.
- Excellent IT skills with proven ability in all Microsoft Office products and familiarity with collaborative working IT solutions (e.g. SharePoint, Teams)

Salary range
- £33,470 - £35,369 per year
