    About the role

    The Business Support Team, within Public Health, has an exciting opportunity for two Business Support Assistants to join our fast paced and vibrant team. Both positions are on a full time basis with one permanent contract supporting our commissioning team to commission and monitor contracts across a wide range of health improvement, sexual health and children and young people contracts. The other is a fixed term contract until March 2026, but with a possibility to extend, supporting our busy Substance Misuse programme.

    Additional information

    Our ideal candidate will have some administrative experience and will be adaptable and able to learn new tasks easily. You will be confident and proficient in a range of Microsoft packages, particularly Excel and the use of finance software or ERP Gold in particular would be extremely beneficial. You will have outstanding note taking and listening skills, with the ability to follow instructions accurately, be an excellent team player, but also with the confidence to work using your own initiative, with an appetite to learn new skills.

    Crucially, you will need to have the right to work in the UK, as this post is not eligible for sponsorship.
