This job involves working in the afternoons in term time and in school holidays. It has an annual leave allowance to be taken in school term time.

Required for April (or as soon as possible)

We are seeking to appoint a receptionist/administrative assistant. You will be working in the afternoons at the reception desk in term time and in the holidays. This job has an annual leave allowance. You need to :

  • Be friendly and able to communicate clearly with parents and visitors.
  • Be well organised, good with time management.
  • Be the first point of contact for parents and visitors entering the nursery.
  • Be committed to working closely with parents and see them as partners
  • Be motivated to work closely with colleagues to create a positive learning environment
  • Have a very good level of written and spoken English.
  • Be confident with ICT systems and be able to pick up and operate our MIS system quickly.
  • Have an interest in being part of an exciting, caring extended day and holiday provision.
  • Understand the importance of safeguarding in a school and be committed to upholding the school safeguarding policy.
