About the role

As our new Recruitment & Compliance Assistant, you’ll be at the very heart of this transformation. This is a role where your curiosity, attention to detail and drive to make things better every day will genuinely make an impact. You’ll help shape the way we work, strengthen our recruitment compliance processes and play a key part in ensuring our people can join us smoothly, confidently and ready to thrive.

Whether you’re handling compliance checks, answering queries or coordinating recruitment activity, you bring professionalism, warmth and a genuine commitment to delivering a great service. Experience of working in a recruitment and/or compliance environment with some knowledge of employment law would be an advantage, as would knowledge of CQC guidance on pre-employment checks.
