About the Role
The role of the Recruitment Assistant is to support the Recruitment & Talent Hub by providing a proactive and candidate centric service.
You will act as the first point of contact for the Recruitment & Talent Hub, supporting with all aspects of recruitment; from posting vacancies, updating our applicant tracking system to completing the onboarding process, including supporting with pre-employment checks as well as raising POs and invoices.
You will provide a positive candidate experience, dealing with any candidate queries quickly and efficiently.
You will have the opportunity to support with projects and improving processes and procedures when required, as well as updating our SharePoint page with key changes and important updates.
You will also meet and greet candidates for interviews and get the opportunities to be an ambassador for the LCRCA at recruitment fairs and events.
About the person
To be successful in the role of Recruitment Assistant you will have a can-do attitude and be motivated to complete your role within to a high standard, showcasing your commitment to both your own, and the team's success.
You will be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail as well as prioritising time effectively and being adaptable to changing priorities.
You will have experience of working with an Applicant Tacking System and be proficient in using Microsoft packages.

Salary range
- £25,736 - £27,499 per year
