Salary: £31,955 per annum to £34,856 per annum (London weighted salary) or £27,796 per annum to £30,482 per annum (Regional salary), dependant on experience
Grade: 5
Reporting Office: London, Stratford or Manchester, Trafford
Agile Worker: 20% - 40% of contractual hours to be worked from reporting office/working location (hybrid working)

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing an exceptional customer-focused recruitment service. You’ll support the wider HR and Recruitment team in ensuring a smooth end-to-end hiring experience, working collaboratively with multiple internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers.

Your Impact in the Role:
- Support the full recruitment administration process for employees and temps, from advert placement through to interview and appointment, ensuring fairness, consistency, and alignment with service standards.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and provide guidance to ensure compliance with L&Q’s policies and best practice. Communicate effectively with candidates and third-party suppliers to maintain a high-quality candidate experience.
- Develop a strong understanding of the business areas you support and contribute to attraction strategies by suggesting relevant job boards and recruitment approaches tailored to specific roles.
- Maintain accurate records through business systems including the Applicant Tracking System and iTrent. Ensuring adherence to data protection and recruitment legislation across all activity.
- Work closely with Recruitment Advisors and the wider HR team to support business goals, identify process improvements, and contribute to team projects and recruitment initiatives.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven experience delivering high-volume, end-to-end recruitment and administrative coordination in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.
- Effective communication skills andstrong ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other key stakeholders, providing clear communication and trusted support throughout the recruitment process.
- Excellent organisational and analytical skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to contribute as part of a professional HR team.
- High level of computer literacy, with competency in Microsoft Office and business systems.
- Up-to-date understanding of relevant recruitment legislation and policies.
