Grade C (SCP 15-19) £26,033 - £27,759 per annum

Brentwood Borough Council delivers an “in-house” residential and commercial refuse and recycling collection service across the Borough and are currently looking to recruit a number of Loaders to join the team.
The successful applicants will be responsible for delivering an efficient and effective waste and recycling collection service from residential and commercial premises in Brentwood as well as ensuring all health and safety practices are adhered too.
You will need to be a team player with outstanding behaviours, flexible attitude, and approach to ensure the service meets all its objectives.
This role is physically demanding, involves working outside in all weathers and you will need a good level of fitness and endurance to ensure the job gets done.
You will be expected to work most Bank Holidays and the occasional catch-up Saturdays to ensure the needs of the service are met. These will be paid at an enhanced rate.
