
Registration Service Manager

We are seeking an inspiring, commercially minded leader to join us as a Registration Service Manager. In this pivotal role, you will drive the operational excellence, ensuring we remain at the forefront of innovation, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
About the Role
As Registration Service Manager, you will:
- Provide operational leadership, championing continuous improvement and commercial growth while ensuring statutory compliance.
- Develop and deliver a forward-thinking service that responds to changing legislation, customer needs, and digital opportunities.
- Lead on change management initiatives, embedding a culture of innovation, resilience, and high performance.
- Identify and deliver new income streams, optimise resources, and ensure long-term sustainability through your commercial acumen.
- Work closely with the Superintendent Registrar/Head of Service, senior leaders, and external stakeholders to co-create solutions that enhance service delivery and reputation.
About You
You are a dynamic, dedicated, and enthusiastic leader with:
- Proven experience managing teams within registration or similar public services.
- A track record of delivering projects that maximise income, drive efficiencies, and improve customer service standards.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in data collation, financial analysis, and process improvement.
- In-depth knowledge of registration law and procedures, with the ability to translate strategic vision into operational success.
- Excellent management, organisational, and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and think strategically.
- Experience in change management, project management, and continuous improvement, as well as commercial awareness.
