Repairs Administrator (Disrepairs)

Are you highly organised, great with people and confident working in a busy, fast‑paced environment? We’re looking for a Repairs Administrator to join our central Repairs team and help us deliver an excellent service to our residents every day.

As a key part of our support team, you’ll provide high‑quality administrative and customer‑focused support across our property services. Every day is different you’ll be managing a shared inbox, responding to resident enquiries, supporting colleagues, and ensuring the smooth running of our disrepair, damp & mould, voids and repairs services.

You’ll work closely with a friendly and supportive admin team who collaborate to get things done and deliver a seamless service for our residents.

What you’ll be doing

  • Booking inspections and coordinating appointments between residents and surveyors
  • Managing shared inboxes and responding to resident enquiries
  • Keeping systems and records up to date and accurate
  • Supporting internal teams with a range of admin tasks
  • Providing a warm, professional and empathetic customer experience
  • Helping ensure our residents are kept informed and supported throughout their repair journey

What we’re looking for

  • Strong administrative experience in a fast‑paced environment
  • Confident communicator, comfortable speaking with residents including in challenging situations
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Proactive approach with the ability to work independently
  • Confident using IT systems, with good accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience in repairs or housing.

Where you’ll work

Our admin team is currently based in Pitsea, though we can support hybrid working, two office days per week. You may occasionally be asked to attend meetings at our offices in Waterloo.
