Repairs Administrator – Help Keep Our Property Services Running Smoothly
Are you an organised administrator with great customer service skills and a passion for helping people? As a Repairs Administrator, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Repairs Team, helping to deliver responsive repairs, disrepair services, major works and voids across Peabody's housing portfolio.
Working within our central support team, you'll provide essential administrative support to operational colleagues, contractors and customers, ensuring services are delivered efficiently and residents receive a positive experience.
What you'll be doing
- Provide administrative support to repairs and property services teams, helping keep services running smoothly.
- Manage customer enquiries, appointments, inboxes, work orders and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records, databases and reports, ensuring information is up to date and accessible.
- Support customers, colleagues and contractors with queries, updates and service requests.
What you'll bring
- Experience working in an administrative or customer service environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and experience working with databases or housing/repairs systems.
