You’ll work directly with children, young people, and their families, helping to create safe, nurturing environments where they can thrive. As part of a dedicated care team, you’ll collaborate with other professionals to champion the needs of those in your care, using a variety of approaches to support their development, build life skills, and prepare them for adulthood.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with children and young people, ideally in residential or multi-agency settings (but not essential)
- You will possess a Level 3 qualification (or willingness to work towards)
- Strong interpersonal skills and emotional resilience
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
- Willingness to undertake training and continuous professional development
