Strategically shape our workforce to meet the demands of today and tomorrow.
Join us as our Resource and Capabilities Manager where you’ll shape strategies and policies that drive effective resource planning and business improvement. You'll lead the delivery of impactful interventions, clearly communicated across all levels, ensuring the force has the right people in the right place at the right time.
You’ll be
- Oversee HR data quality and resolve issues that have been identified.
- Designing and developing planning methods and effectively planning resource use.
- Strategically advise on organisational change programmes.
You must have
- A degree in a relevant field or related HR work experience.
- Experience of workforce planning in a large organisation.
- Proven record analysing information to create reports and presentations that drive organisational efficiency.
