Are you highly organised, confident with data and motivated by work that improves the lives of residents? We’re looking for a Retrofit Data Processor to play a key role in delivering our energy‑efficiency and retrofit programmes ensuring homes become warmer, safer and more sustainable.
Our retrofit activity is supported by government funding streams, and accurate data is essential for demonstrating compliance, securing funding claims and tracking delivery performance. Your work will directly shape how effectively we meet our obligations and deliver improvements for residents.
In this role, you’ll help us deliver Simple, Safe and Smart services by turning complex asset, resident and project data into clear, reliable insights. You’ll “pull together” with colleagues and contractors to resolve data gaps, validate information and keep our performance metrics on track.
What you’ll do
- Process, validate and maintain retrofit‑related data, ensuring accuracy across asset information, resident details and project records, all vital for funding audits and compliance.
- Support government‑funded retrofit programmes by keeping performance metrics, compliance information and progress updates timely and accurate.
- Carry out statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns and anomalies, helping improve delivery and inform future planning.
- Produce dashboards, reports and data summaries for internal teams and funding partners, making technical data easy to understand.
- Work with contractors and project teams to resolve discrepancies, demonstrating kindness, professionalism and shared problem‑solving.
- Maintain secure and compliant data records, doing the right thing for residents by protecting their information and meeting GDPR standards.
- Support forecasting, KPI monitoring and audit checks, ensuring we keep our promises around quality, delivery and resident outcomes.
About you

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Experience in data processing, analysis or an administrative role involving data accuracy.
- Good IT skills, especially in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, lookups
- Ability to present information clearly to non‑technical colleagues.
- A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills — someone who enjoys “pulling together” to get things right.

Working arrangements:
This is a hybrid role with travel across our project portfolio, including Milton Keynes, Luton, Cambridge and consortium work in Tunbridge Wells. You’ll typically spend three days a week on site or travelling as required.
