Description

Protecting the vulnerable starts with strong leadership!

Join us as our Safeguarding Hub Team Leader, where you’ll guide a fast‑paced, multi‑disciplinary team at the heart of protecting vulnerable children and adults. You’ll bring clarity, confidence, and leadership to complex safeguarding decisions.

• You will oversee the assessment, triage, and response to safeguarding referrals, ensuring timely, proportionate, and defensible decision‑making. You’ll apply capable professional judgement to assess risk, set thresholds, and authorise the right interventions at the right time.
• Collaboration is key—you will drive effective multi‑agency working, underpinned by evidence‑informed practice and a relentless focus on safety and wellbeing. You’ll also promote continuous improvement, maintaining high standards of performance, quality assurance, and accountability across the team.
• By identifying emerging risks, trends, and opportunities, you will help shape the future of safeguarding practice and strengthen outcomes for those who need us most.
