Our Vacancy

Are you highly organised, customer-focused, and ready to make a difference in a fast-paced repairs environment? We’re looking for a Scheduling Support Officer to join our Connect Property Services (CPS) team and help deliver an effective and responsive repairs service. This is a key administrative role where you’ll support our scheduling and operations teams to ensure our customers receive the best possible experience. You’ll be working closely with internal stakeholders and helping to maintain high standards across our property services.

What you'll do

In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting the planning and scheduling of our in-house Direct Labour Organisation (DLO). You’ll liaise with residents to arrange appointments, manage communications, and help ensure repairs are delivered efficiently and on time. You’ll assist with monitoring work progress, preparing reports, and supporting meetings. You’ll also help manage escalations, liaise with suppliers, and contribute to achieving key performance indicators. Your day-to-day work will involve handling emails and calls, updating systems, and providing support to the wider CPS Scheduling and Operational Management team.

You’ll play a vital part in improving customer satisfaction, maintaining service level agreements, and ensuring our repairs service runs smoothly. This is a varied and rewarding role where your attention to detail and proactive approach will make a real impact.

You will be required to work in the office a minimum of 3 days per week.

What you'll need

  • Experience working in a dynamic scheduling (desirable) or customer service environment.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and customer-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work independently under pressure.

When you join Peabody, you’re joining a team guided by our values, Be Kind, Do the Right Thing, Love New Ideas, Celebrate Diversity, Keep Our Promises, and Pull Together. We believe in creating a workplace where everyone feels supported, included, and empowered.

What We Offer

  • 25days’ annual holiday plus bank holidays
  • Two additional paid volunteering days each year
  • Family friendly policies
  • Flexible benefits scheme, including options for Healthcare, Dental care, Critical illness cover, vouchers, technology scheme and access to a discount portal
