Salary: Grade 4 - £25,583 - £25,989

Location: Welsh Row, Nantwich

Contract: Permanent

Working Pattern: Full Time

Hours: 37 hours per week. 52 weeks a year.

DBS Check: Enhanced

In addition, there is a Shift Allowance of £40 per month and a Duty Phone Allowance of £30 per month.

The Governors are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to be part of the Site Team. This is an exciting opportunity to support a valued department and maintain the school’s excellent facilities.

The post holder will work as part of the Site Team and be line managed by the Premises Manager. The posts will involve working a shift pattern of 6am until 2pm and 2pm until 10pm on a weekly rotating basis with occasional weekend work.

Do you have a background in plumbing, woodwork or general 'handy-work' or DIY? This role is ideally suited to somebody who has experience in maintenance.

Various training courses will be offered including Safeguarding, Health & Safety and Legionella testing. The ideal candidate would have the ability to relate well to children and adults alike. Due to the nature of the role, the successful candidate will complete background referencing checks including a DBS check
