Actual Salary Scale 3 Point 6 FTE £25989 (pending pay award) 24 hours per week, term time only

Part time and permanent:
Wyche C of E Primary School 12 hours per week
St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School: 12 hours per week
The Wyche and St Joseph’s are seeking to appoint a competent, capable and reliable individual to work as caretaker across both sites.
As church schools it is important to us to appoint someone who will take pride in our premises and ensure they are safe places, that allow our pupils and staff to flourish. The successful candidate will also benefit from our welcoming schools and inclusive ethos.
The successful applicant will have experience in repairs, maintenance and premises upkeep, and be able to carry out and log statutory checks (such as fire alarm testing and water temperature logging.
A visit to both of our sites is encouraged, by arrangement with the School Offices.
St Joseph’s and Wyche C of E Primary Schools are two miles away from each other with less than ten minutes driving time between the two.

Disclosure Barring Service (DBS): This post is exempt under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and as such appointment will be conditional upon the receipt of a satisfactory response to a check of criminal records via the Disclosure and Barring Service before the appointment is confirmed.
