    School Facilities Manager (Caretaker) - Keep Our School Safe, Secure & Running Smoothly!

    We are looking for a dedicated School Facilities Manager at Lift Kingsley to play a key role in ensuring our school remains a safe, secure, and well-maintained environment for students, staff, and visitors. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and organised individual who takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, security, and health and safety across our premises.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Site Security & Access
    • Open and close the school premises daily (split shift pattern), including occasional evenings and weekends
    • Act as the principal key holder and respond to emergency call-outs as needed

    What We're Looking For:

    • Basic knowledge of building maintenance, repairs, and health & safety procedures
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
    • Good communication skills with a proactive and adaptable approach
    • Physical fitness to carry out manual tasks
    • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
