Job Title: School Office Manager (Grade 4, Scale Points 7-11)
Salary: £20,372 - £21,713 pa
Hours: 32.5 hours per week–8:30 – 3:30 (with 30 mins unpaid break)

The Headteacher and Governors wish to appoint an excellent practitioner to join our passionate team.
We are looking to appoint a confident and enthusiastic office manager for our small friendly school. You will play an integral part in providing administrative support to the whole school, as well as acting as the first point of contact for parents and visitors alike.
The successful candidate will:
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Have excellent organisational skills, be able to prioritise workloads, use their initiative and have a flexible “can do” approach to their work.
- Have experience of using Microsoft Office, especially Forms, Word and Outlook.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- High levels of confidentiality and professionalism.
