About the role

As School Operations Manager at Lift Noel Park, you'll play a key role in keeping the school running smoothly, safely and efficiently.

You'll oversee a range of operational areas including finance, facilities, compliance, administration and health & safety. You'll be hands-on, visible and solution-focused, working closely with staff, contractors, families and the wider Trust.

No two days will be the same, and you'll be someone who enjoys solving problems and making things happen.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the school's administration and operational functions.

• Oversee facilities, estates, catering, cleaning and IT services.

• Ensure high standards of compliance, health & safety and data protection.

• Support HR, recruitment, finance, procurement and staffing processes.

• Manage lettings, communications and wider operational logistics.

• Work closely with central and regional Trust teams.

• Support the school's marketing, website and social media.

• Identify ways to improve systems, processes and efficiency.

What we're looking for

You'll be organised, proactive and confident, with experience of working in a busy operational environment. This could be within a school, facilities, project management, hospitality, events or another operational leadership role.

Lift Noel Park Primary is based in North London, opened on 1st September 2012 and is part of Lift Schools.Our Academy has 600 children aged between 3 and 11. We are situated in the heart of vibrant Wood Green, 2 minutes from the underground station and within easy reach of Crouch End, Hornsey and Highgate.
